Welcome to FluentPath. Please carefully review the rules and guidelines governing the use of our online language tutoring platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FluentPath platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform is designed specifically for adult learners seeking one-on-one language tutoring and structured courses. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of our services immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of our tutoring services following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
2. Platform Registration and Accounts
To participate in our leveled language courses or book private tutoring sessions, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
FluentPath is intended for adult learners. By creating an account, you confirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.
3. Tutoring Sessions and Scheduling
Booking Sessions
All one-on-one sessions must be booked through our digital platform. Available times are displayed based on tutor availability. We recommend booking sessions at least forty-eight hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require at least twenty-four hours notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Sessions canceled with less than twenty-four hours notice will be charged at the full session rate, as we must respect our tutors' scheduled time.
4. Payment and Subscription Terms
Fees for tutoring sessions and leveled courses are outlined on our platform. Payment must be provided in advance of your scheduled sessions or course start date. We use secure third-party payment processors to handle all transactions.
If you are enrolled in a recurring subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
5. User Conduct and Learning Environment
FluentPath is committed to providing a respectful, welcoming, and productive learning environment. You agree to interact with tutors and other learners respectfully at all times. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language will result in immediate account termination without refund.
You also agree not to distribute, record, or share tutoring sessions, course materials, or proprietary learning tips without explicit written permission from FluentPath. All materials provided during your sessions remain the intellectual property of FluentPath or its respective content creators.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. FluentPath makes no guarantees regarding the specific language proficiency or fluency results you will achieve, as language acquisition depends heavily on individual effort and practice outside of guided sessions.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FluentPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the platform.
